The short version

The essentials, up front

A quick summary — but the full terms below are what legally apply.

Public content only

Browsioz is for viewing content that is already publicly available — nothing private or gated.

Use it fairly

Don't abuse, scrape at scale, or use the Service for anything unlawful or harmful.

Not affiliated

We're independent and not endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Browsioz (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Browsioz ("Browsioz", "we", "us" or "our").

2. Description of service

Browsioz provides web-based tools that let you view publicly available social media content — such as profiles, posts, stories and videos — without creating an account or logging in.

The Service displays content that is already public on third-party platforms. We do not host, own or control that content, and we do not provide access to private, restricted or login-gated material.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Browsioz, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service responsibly. You may use Browsioz to view publicly available content for personal, lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, harassing or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to access private, restricted or non-public content.
  • Use automated systems to scrape, mine or harvest content or data at scale.
  • Interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service or its underlying technology.
  • Use the Service to infringe anyone's privacy, intellectual property or other rights.

You are solely responsible for how you use any content you view through Browsioz, including ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and the rights of others.

5. Intellectual property

The Browsioz name, logo, design, software and original content are owned by Browsioz and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Content displayed through the Service belongs to its respective owners and the platforms it originates from. Browsioz claims no ownership over third-party content.

6. Third-party platforms

Browsioz is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest or any other platform. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

Your use of any third-party platform's content remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content displayed will be accurate, complete or up to date.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Browsioz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using Browsioz at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in our operating jurisdiction.
